I’m a designer with over 15 years of experience in creating intuitive digital products that delight users and deliver positive business outcomes.

Working in the financial services industry for the past 7 years, I was responsible for leading the creation of several products related to digital accounts and credit cards that reached more than 3 million customers. My work included experiences such as card onboarding and usage, Pix journeys, money transfers, and salary portability, as well as communication rules, metrics analysis, products for advisors and back-office teams, with a strong focus on process optimization.


As a Senior Product Designer, I lead the design and research disciplines fostering a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams while ensuring our solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
